I have a few Manhattan USB to serial adapters and really like them but do hope to find a micro one soon. Now to just find a nice priced micro USB to serial adapter and I won't have to think about or use any of my OTG cables. This little device is working pretty well so far and I can't wait until my next call to configure a router or modem! It will be awesome to use this little Dell tablet to connect to modems, Cisco equipment, and other devices rather than lugging in my big laptop. I figured I would have to use a micro to standard adapter cable (commonly called OTG) and connect another adapter to that cable. Most people don't even think or care about devices like this and honestly I didn't even think anyone made them. I again thank you, my searching yesterday only took an hour until I found this post. It can be rough ordering 'generic' or OEM parts at times because drivers can be a nightmare. I kinda chuckled at that thinking that 15 years ago when those OS's were out, the micro USB connection didn't even exist or was very rare to see! The one I ordered stated it was for 98SE and ME.

One was listed as compatible with Android tablets but was $17 I think. It looked like a few people are selling the same device but have different descriptions.
